Q	Is water service available in Waterside?
A	Yes, public water will be available within the community. When building a home, purchasers will be responsible for the connection costs from the main water lines in the road to their homes. This one-time connection fee is estimated to be US $300 and is not due and payable at closing. This fee may be incurred upon the building of a home on your parcel, if and when your desire to do so. The cost of the water for a supply sufficient to serve a residence on a monthly basis is approximately US $10 per month.

Q	Is electricity available in Waterside?
A	Yes, electricity will be available through Belize Electric Limited. After commencement of home construction, homeowners will receive electric bills directly from the utility company. Purchasers will be responsible for the connection costs from the main electric lines in the road to their homes. This one-time connection charge is estimated to be US $500 and is not due and payable at closing. This fee may be incurred upon the building of a home on your parcel, if and when your desire to do so.

Q	Is telephone service available in Waterside?
A	Yes, telephone service will be available through by Belize Telephone Limited or a cellular carrier. When building a home, homeowners will receive telephone bills directly from the utility company. Purchasers will be responsible for the connection costs from the main telephone lines in the road to their homes. This one-time connection charge is estimated to be US $200 and is not due and payable at closing. This fee may be incurred upon the building of a home on your parcel, if and when your desire to do so.

A	Waste treatment will be handled in individual septic tanks installed during the construction phase of the home. There are no sewers.
